"Trust your instincts and give it a listen"
I’ve streamed a few concerts on clevelandorchestra.com now, my first instinct was right, this orchestra is something special. The sound is gorgeous, the balance is so clean, and everything feels incredibly polished without losing any of its energy. Even when I didn’t know the piece, I found myself staying completely tuned in. Just really beautiful music from beginning to end.

"Helpful support when I couldn’t find my tickets"
I had a little trouble finding my e-tickets after ordering through clevelandorchestra, and I wasn’t sure if I had missed a step or done something wrong. I don’t think it was totally on me, though, because the ticket page could be a bit clearer. Customer service got back to me the same day with easy instructions, and the person was really nice about it, which I appreciated. I’m giving 4 stars only because I feel like the process should be easier to figure out from the start, but the support was solid and they got it taken care of.

"The conductor was honestly the best part"
The conductor last night was great. After sitting through plenty of performances where everything feels like it’s dragging, this was such a relief. He kept things moving, the orchestra felt really alive, and I actually stayed engaged the whole time. Really enjoyed it.

"Helpful resource for music education options"
I was looking through Cleveland Orchestra for their education programs, it was helpful. I mean, I had to click around a little, and a few pages felt kind of packed with info, but it wasn’t hard to find what I needed. There are a lot of good options for kids and schools, so overall, I’d say it’s a really nice resource.

"Solid Selection, But I’m Begging for Newer Stuff"
The repertoire is nice and I did enjoy it, but wow, it could really use a breath of modern life. There’s good stuff there, no doubt, but at some point I was practically yearning for something a little more current.

"Pretty decent concessions"
The concessions were a little better than I thought they’d be. The line moved fast, the coffee was actually hot, and the cookie tasted fresh enough. Prices weren’t exactly cheap, but I guess they were about what you’d expect at a place like this

This venue was so comfy I almost didn’t want to leave. The whole place just had such an easy, relaxed vibe, and I felt settled in right away. Overall, a really nice spot!

"Felt Way Too Packed"
It was too crowded inside for me to really enjoy it. Just from the noise and the way people were talking, I got the feeling everyone was kind of stressed or annoyed trying to move around. I’m assuming it’s probably better at a quieter time, but when I went, it felt overwhelming.

"Solid Spot for Cleveland Orchestra Recordings"
I’ve had a good experience using the site to track down Cleveland Orchestra recordings. Most of what I was looking for was easy to find, which I definitely appreciate. A few of the older recordings either weren’t available or took some extra searching, but overall it’s still a really useful resource. I’d just love to see the selection filled out a bit more.

I got the subscription this year, if you’re planning to go to more than a couple concerts, don’t ignore it. It makes each show feel so much more affordable compared to buying tickets one by one. Managing everything online has been really easy too, and I haven’t had any issues so far.

I was relieved by how easy the site made it to find accessible seating and parking info. The accommodation contact details were right there too, which was nice, no digging around forever! Booking ended up being simple, and way less stressful than I expected.

"Easy checkout, but the fees stung a little"

"Pretty solid livestream, honestly"
I watched a Cleveland Orchestra livestream last weekend and, it was a lot better than I was expecting. The picture was clear, and the sound actually came through really well on my laptop, which isn’t always the case with these kinds of streams. It did buffer once or twice, but only for a few seconds, so it didn’t really mess up the experience. Logging in was easy too, which makes you wonder why some other platforms make it feel like a whole project. Overall, I’d definitely use it again.

"Clean enough for a concert night"
I was there for a concert, the restrooms were clean overall. The lines moved along okay, not super fast but not a nightmare either. The sinks had soap, which I always appreciate. One stall could’ve used a little attention, but it wasn’t anything too bad. All in all, a good visit

"Pretty Easy to Plan, but I Felt a Bit Rushed"
I took my kids and overall it was easy to plan everything through the site. The seat info was clear, which helped a lot because I was already feeling a little pressured trying to get it all sorted quickly. My only complaint is that I wish the family events were easier to find...

"Great performance, site could be smoother"
The musicians were genuinely talented, and you could tell right away. Everything sounded polished, tight, and really well put together, even for someone like me who’s not a music expert. The best part was that it made the whole experience easy to enjoy without overthinking it. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the website felt a bit clunky to use, but the actual performance was excellent.

"Guest Artists Were the Best Part"
I loved every guest artist there. Each one brought something different and kept things fun, which was great because apparently I enjoy being pleasantly surprised for once.
